I use plp tools and put a cable between my /dev/ttyS0 port and the 
computers.  To get hold of plp tools go to the Sourceforge site and 
do a search on "PLP".

One you get it and compile it mail me off the list and I'll tell you 
how to use it.  One of the nicer things about plp and Palm word 
documents is that you can use Abiword 0.7.14 to open and edit then in 
a Linux system.  You can then save as any other cross platform format.
