Package: quanta
Version: 1:2.0-pr2-3

(in Sid, and I last updated, maybe a month and a bit ago, so there could
be a newer one.  apt-get intsall quanta)

I can't find komba though, but it's been a while since I ran apt-get update.

apt-get install zlib1g zlib1g-dev
