A better idea would be to either make use of one of the ISPs who give you db
access (UKLinux, although only MySQL?) or buy a web-hosting package from
someone. These range from about £30 a month basic, and a pretty similar to
what your ISP is giving you now, except you're likely to be on better
servers
and have better facilities available - i.e., writing your own
