No.  The process for bootable CD-ROM (on a PC) is a little weird, it's
not just a disk image.  (There's a header that tells the PC where the
"boot image" is on the CD-ROM, which the PC then pretends is a floppy
disk...  Just another bit of ugly backwards compatibility cruft in the
PC architecture :)
