Maybe some people at local colleges might be interested in helping out.  If
I remember, a lecturer at Barnsley college built up a linux network with the
intention of using it as a different flavour to help with HND/HNC classes.
Couldn't such local knowledge be pooled together?  Maybe it might help
reduce costs on one given educational establishment?.
