It seems the sticky point has to do with service & support.  They don't
want someone selling a CD set at a cost significantly higher than material
cost and misleading people into believing the extra cost is for a support
contract from Red Hat.

I wouldn't doubt that someone has a script or something that would download
all the SuSE rpms and generate iso's, similar to the iso building stuff
from Debian.
