Woody 3.0.
2.4.19 compiled from source.
ISDN stuff built in, rather than as modules. I'll probably recompile
to include stuff as modules.

Nothing in /var/log/messages relating to ISDN. Nothing in the dmesg output.

Default plus isdnutils and ipppd packages are installed.

Trying to configure the connection, rather than bring the interface
up.
All being done as root.
