Well, it's not really proprietary - it's WebObjects adaptor for apache.
Problem is that it's coming as a DIY source kit for Solaris and this is
only Unix version (apart from OSX) Apple is officially supporting.
It does compile (after a bit of tweaking) and runs OK on Linux - we've
been using it on Redhat for more then a year now. You can think of it as
of mod_perl like module.

Yes, I agree on 99% - 1 % on Suse tuned apache so tight and strange that
'non-licensed' soft doesn't work. Reminds me odd 'designed for ..' like
logo :)

Thanks for support. Right now I am not so sure it's an easy problem to
fix. Stable segfault on different versions of Suse and apache doesn't
leave much room for optimism.
I'll try to look through the sources - if I would only have some spare
time to do this.
