Re: [Sheflug] intro +digi camera
thanks, will check out gphoto then, doubt it'll list "crappy twain compatible
camera" as one of theoptions though. oh and another thing that really been
annoying me.... sound stuff.... ive got a lovely little sblive and 4 speaker
surround system... under window the sound is gorgeous... like, fantastic, but
under linux, well it sounds crap basically. im using also drivers according
to control center in kde, and i think xxms is runing off OSS output, ive ogt
a damn fast processor and decent hard drive, and yet there are still clicks
at the start of a track and it generally sounds poor. is this something ive
gotta put up just cos linux is so free and open source , or is it actually
possible to make it sound good. ?
anyhew yeh, cheers!!
:)
arent newbies annoying ;-)
