Let's see...
* The tech support people know nothing :) But, that's nothing new,
they never did ?
* I used BT last year because I had to. There were a number of ports
open at their end which shouldn't have been. Don't ask me why they
do that. My argument is that they do it so that they can log all of
your data. (make what you will out of that).
* I was forced into using DHCP on my net facing firewall box.
Something that I don't do. I want static IP which is easier to
firewall.
Other than that I suppose there's nothing wrong with BT :)
