One gentle way to deal with these knuckle dragging MS fanboys is to
ask them if they ever use Google.  If they do they're using open
source, and Google is not a small or unsuccessful company :-)

Often these people are not really evil, just uneducated.  They've
lived their lives inside the MS bubble, and don't know any other way.
To many people change is scary, but in the software industry it's the
only constant factor you can rely upon.
